Refund Policy

EXCHANGE

We accept Exchanges! Exchanges will be considered up to 2 days from when the product was received. Please head to our Exchange Portal in order to place an exchange request. The return shipping fee will be borne by the customer. Note that Exchanges will be processed only for the same amount as the original order value or a higher amount. Once we will receive the product, we will dispatch the new item within 2 days.

CONDITIONS (EXCHANGE)

• Please make sure the tags are intact for a smooth process. Any returns without the tags will not be accepted and will be delivered back to the customer.
• Exchanges will be only accepted once against every order. It will not be accepted if the customer wishes to exchange the same order for a second time.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns. Please be sure of the size, fit, material, color before ordering (please read product description for all details)

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you have received a damaged product, we apologize. We are more than willing to help you out. Please click pictures and a video of the product and email to therhetoric.in@gmail.com. We will issue an exchange for your order.

EMPTY PACKAGE RECEIVED

All orders are weighed before dispatching, that’s why it is practically impossible to receive an empty parcel. Please do not create a false claim of empty package received just to get a refund or replacement. All such requests will be rejected.

REFUNDS

Refund requests are not accepted in any manner. If you find any issues with your order, we will completely solve it through Exchanges

REVERSE PICK UP:

The pick-up is subject to availability of service at your area Pin-Code.

If reverse pick-up not available, we request you to send the product back to the mentioned address. (Cost to be borne by the customer)

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders once placed cannot be canceled. If you have ordered the wrong size product by mistake, you can simply email us at therhetoric.in@gmail.com to change it to the preferred size within 1 hour of placing your order and we will happily update it.

- Products purchased on "SALE" cannot be cancelled once the order is placed and are not eligible for return/refund/exchange
